A Workout for Everyone + Anyone
The Ultimate Workout is a one-hour, outdoor, full-body session suitable for everyone. Cardio, functional, core, resistance band and body weight exercises are combined in timed interval sessions to keep your heart rate up, get your blood pumping and leave you feeling physically and mentally fit.
Small, friendly groups ensure that not only do you get close personal supervision from me, but I also get to know you, your strengths and weaknesses. This close personal supervision also allows me to ensure you are using the correct form and working at the correct intensity to achieve your fitness goals.
Variety in exercising is not only the key to maximizing results but also decreases exercise boredom. With this in mind, no two workouts are the same. This ensures that your body is continually challenged and, therefore, working harder.
