Fitness for Everyone
Fitness is and always will be part of my life. From enjoying sport at school to attending aerobic classes with my mum you name it I’ve probably tried it and wore the lycra to match!
I’ve been very lucky in being able to fit my fitness in around my day to day life, however it was only when I became a trainer and started running group and private sessions that I realised just how hard it can be to find a form of exercise that you enjoy, which also suits you and your lifestyle.
I want to offer my clients a workout they enjoy but also one they can fit into their lifestyle. I am very passionate about giving clients a better understanding of how the body works as well as delivering exercises that strengthen and challenge you so you can work out effectively and safely.
I believe exercise not only strengthens the body and promotes physical well-being, but also can have an immensely positive effect on our mental well-being. Exercise is my therapy both physically and mentally and I hope that by attending my classes or working with me on a one to one basis, you will find it to be your therapy too.

She puts so much effort into ensuring that they are suitable for different fitness levels. It's a completely relaxed environment where everyone can tackle the exercises at their own pace. Yet the best thing is the fact that the classes are always lots of fun! You're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face - and a few aching muscles the next day!
In the past, I never understood how personal training was worth it and now I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!
I started personal training with Jackie post surgery. I had already been attending Jackie’s group classes for several years, but post surgery I could barely walk — let alone run or do a basic crunch. I reached out to Jackie for advice and whether personal training was a good fit to regain mobility. It is honestly the best thing I could have done for my body. Although I started off nowhere near where I was fitness wise, Jackie really understood the importance of taking it slow and progressing through time and always checked in to make sure I didn’t feel pain. Together with Jackie I’ve worked through several sprained ankles and a surgery to come out a stronger version of myself. She prepares the workouts and her attention to form is incredible. It shows that Jackie really thinks about what works best at an individual level for my goals and my body.

I have been working out with Jackie since 2 years ago when I was post-partum recovering and I have been extremely happy with results! Jackie is a fantastic trainer and excellent person! She makes sure to tailor workouts according to our group (and individual) fitness goals, explaining the benefits of the exercises we're doing and showing us new exercises. She also will give you a variety of different exercises that you can do at home.
